One of my favorite fruits are apples!  They are crisp and juicy, sweet and satisfying!  You can eat them in a sweet dish or a savory one.  When I think of apples one of the most common things that comes to mind is apple pie.  The smell...warm and comforting.

Apples are a great addition to protein smoothies, because of all the fiber they contain.  One of the great things about apples is that they don't create a bloated tummy, they acctutally do the opposite.  That's why I created this delicious Apple Pie Smoothie recipe.

My Apple Pie Smoothie is great for those times when you want a treat but don't want to feel like you went off track.  This smoothie will keep you full with lots of fiber and take care of that sweet tooth!
