All Natural Multi-Purpose Wipes (Hand, Face and Diaper Wipes)
These cost less than $2.50 to make!
I use these wipes everywhere in my home. As diaper wipes, on my toddlers sticky face and fingers, to my counter and couch pillows, my faucet and TV remote, crayon on the walls. You name it, it’s been wiped. One of the things I love about these wipes is that the cost a fraction of what the name brand store bought wipes cost and I know exactly what is in them, no toxins or chemicals. Without these wipes, my life would be a very messy, sticky adventure. Interesting for sure, but not the cleanest either. These are a lifesaver!
Plus, these wipes are recyclable and by re-using the same container you are reducing the amount of plastic bottles that go into the landfills or have to be recycled, which is better but still causes the carbon footprint to be bigger.
These are all naturally fragrant from the essential oils, so you don’t have to worry if you have allergies or breathing issues. They fit perfectly in the old protein mix canisters. I'm always looking for new ways to reuse things.
The wipes are super gentle on sensitive skin and were the only thing that didn’t irritate my poor baby’s bottom when he was a little baby. They are easy, simple and quick to make. So, let’s get started.

Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 paper towel roll
- 1 tsp Basic H2
- 1 tbsp Hand Wash Concentrate (optional, but I always use it, it gives it more cleaning power)
- 5-7 drops eucalyptus essential oils (or lavender & tea tree, or any other essential oils you like) I ordered mine from iHerb.com
You will also need
- Cutting board
- Knife
- Container (big enough to hold half a roll of paper towels.)
Directions
Cut the paper towel roll in half and keep the second half in storage for the next batch. Squeeze your finger between the center cardboard tube and the paper towels to loosen it. Remove the center cardboard tube. Pull the middle of the paper towel roll out just a little bit, like a kleenex box. Place the paper towel roll in the container. Add the Basic H2, Hand Wash Concentrate and essential oils to the water, stir to combine. Pour the water mixture over the paper towel roll and cover. That’s it. They are ready for use! Enjoy!
