This smoothie is so refreshing and tasty! It really is a very creamy lemonade flavored smoothie. This smoothie is very detoxing, because of the fresh juice from the lemons. So, if you are doing a detox, or mini-cleanse, or the 5 day reset. This is a great smoothie to have during it.
Another thing that I love about this smoothie is that it is super low in calories, so I don’t have to feel like I’m over indulging on a smoothie. I’m doing my body a favor by giving it high quality protein, fiber, and carbohydrates form the awesome protein mix from Shaklee.

Squeeze the juice from the lemon(s) in a small glass, to catch any seeds that might come out. If any seeds come out, just take a spoon and scoop them out. You don’t want to fish lemon seeds out of a blender, it’s not fun. And you don't want to accidentally eat one, because they are bitter. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
