Healthy Snacks

Snacking is something I could never give up and I'm glad.  Because, it's very healthy to constantly fuel our bodies with healthy food.  Everyone should be eating at least every four hours, but it would be hard to eat a whole meal every four hours.  That's why snacks are so great.  They provide the body with fuel, and the following snacks are great options to do just that.  Most of my snakcs are on the sweet side, but even though they are mostly sweet tasting, they are still very healthy!  Plus, every single one is vegan, dairy and gluten free, too!
