You hear gingerbread latte and automatically think of those tasty Gringerbread Lattes, me too.  But, you should realize that they are worse for you than you think, even if you get them with low fat milk.  Because, of the fake flavorings and colorings used in them.  Rest assured I have a solution that is super healthy and super tasty too!  My Gingerbread Cookie Latte Smoothie!

The nutritional comparison between my Gingerbread Cookie Latte Smoothie and the traditional gingerbread lattes is huge.  My smoothie only has 285 calories, but the traditional gingerbread lattes have over 100 additional calories.  Plus, they have more than double the fat, than my smoothie and their fat is not the healthy kind like in my smoothie.

My smoothie has 9 grams of fiber, and 20.5 grams of powerful protein.  Were as the traditional kinds have no fiber and hardly any protein.  My smoothie has plant based carbs, 30 grams total.  The competition is loaded with sugar and low quality carbs.  I also have to say I just like the taste of my Gingerbread Cookie Latte Smoothie better than gingerbread latte I've ever had.  So, there really is no question as to which of the two is the better choice.
