All of my meals are fast to make clocking in at 30 minutes or less. Unless, they are a slowcooker recipe, then the prep time is 20 minutes or less. Pretty much every recipe is vegan, dairy and gluten free. If you are a meat eater, I often include ways of substituting meat or just adding a meat in. Either way they are all delicious, try them for yourself.
