I’m addicted to this Smoothie.  It’s so hard to stop at just one.  If it wasn’t so filling, I’d guzzle up three in a row.  The nice thing about my Caramel Apple Sundae Smoothie, is that it’s high in protein and fiber to keep you full and your energy up.  This smoothie is bursting with the flavors of fall.  The spices, the apple, the decadent caramel flavor!

Speaking of apples, they are a fantastic fruit.  Apples have a high amount of flavonoids, antioxidants and phytonutrients.  These awesome powerhouses lower the chance of developing heart disease, cancer, stroke, diabetes, and high blood pressure.  It’s almost too good to be true, that a Caramel Apple Sundae “Smoothie” can be beneficial to your health.  But it can.

Because of the high quality protein, fiber, prebiotics, probiotics and healthy fats.  It’s packed with vitamins and minerals to support an active and healthy lifestyle.  There my delicious Caramel Apple Sundae Smoothie to help build better health that tastes fantastic.
