This smoothie reminds me of a slice of creamy key lime pie.  It’s sweet, it’s a little bit tart, just like key lime pie.  However, my smoothie is not loaded with tons of sugar like a slice of key lime pie.

Another thing that is great about this smoothie compared to a slice of key lime pie is that the smoothie has over 13 grams of filling fiber.  While a slice of key lime pie has less the one gram.

My Kiwi Coconut Smoothie has just over 384 calories, but a slice of key lime pie will cost you over 550 calories or more.  If you have a taste for a slice of key lime pie, try whipping up my Kiwi Coconut Smoothie instead and keep your health in mind.
