I love the taste of caramel, but I don’t like how caramel candies get stuck in my teeth.  I also like the caramel lattes, but I don’t like all the sugar that comes with them.  They make you all jumpy and then you crash.  Not cool.  Luckily I came up with a solution, my Salted Caramel Latte Smoothie!  

My Salted Caramel Latte Smooth fills me up with energy that lasts.  Plus, it’s way more filling than a caramel latte or a little piece of candy.  Because my smoothie has over 7 grams of fiber and over 16 grams of protein to keep me full and fueled.

Another benefit is my Caramel Latte Smoothie is that it’s super quick to make, in less than 5 minutes and you have a delicious snack or meal in hand.  By, combining coffee with the protein mix and half a banana this drink provides the body with tons of stamina to tackle a tough workout, a day packed with errands or whatever the day has to throw at you.

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.  You can warm this up too, to make it even richer.  Makes one serving.  Enjoy!
