Meet Jessie!

 

Hi there!  I’m Jessica Beringer, aka Jessie Bee.

Hello!  How are you?  Hopefully, doing well.  If you are looking to improve your health, my blog may be able to help you achieve that.  I have a long list in my Recipes section of super healthy smoothies that taste divine, while filling you up and providing lots of energy. Desserts and snacks that are also healthy, yet taste decadent and satisfying.  I also give quick and easy meals to feed the whole family healthy, delicious and filling food.

I also give you great advice on ways to make your home safe from harmful chemicals.  And, how to improve your own health and the health of you kids and family, while also saving money and helping the environment.  

If you love art I also have a gallery called Bee-ing Artsy of some of my artworks, that I add to often.

I realize that we all have things in our lives that can be improved, me included!  I’m not perfect and am not trying to pretend I am either.  I’m just trying my best to live a healthy, happy life while helping others do the same, and help our planet stay as healthy as possible at the same time.

I use to have major health issues,...

Including uncontrolled type 1 diabetes, asthma, skin cancer, lung cancer (not a smoker though), hyperthyroid and high blood pressure from preeclampsia and posteclampsia.  

By eating healthy whole foods, taking the right supplements, being active and trying my best to limit my stress, I’ve been able to knock out all those life threatening diseases or conditions.
