I have a long list in my Recipes section of super healthy smoothies that taste divine, while filling you up and providing lots of energy. Desserts and snacks that are also healthy, yet taste decadent and satisfying. I also give quick and easy meals to feed the whole family healthy, delicious and filling food.

I realize that we all have things in our lives that can be improved, me included! I’m not perfect and am not trying to pretend I am either. I’m just trying my best to live a healthy, happy life while helping others do the same, and help our planet stay as healthy as possible at the same time.
Including uncontrolled type 1 diabetes, asthma, skin cancer, lung cancer (not a smoker though), hyperthyroid and high blood pressure from preeclampsia and posteclampsia.
