My favorite season is fall, I love everything about it!  The beautiful autumn colors, pumpkin patches, the crisp air and the delicious drinks inspires from all the fall flavors.  However, I don't like the high calorie and sugar in these drinks, or the fake ingredients that goes along with these scrumptious treats.  I know that one of the top fall favorite drinks for many people is a Pumpkin Spice Latte.  However, this drink is not that great for you.  I'm all for indulging once in awhile, but if I can have a delicious drink that tastes just like it and is super healthy for me.  Then, of course I choose the healthy option. 

Like my Pumpkin Spice Latte Smoothie, which takes less time to make than it takes the barista to make the Pumpkin Spice Latte, and with my smoothie you don't have to wait in line to order or even leave your house.  If you use cooled brewed coffee and just keep it in the frig it literally only takes a few minutes to whip it up!  

This smoothie taste just like a Pumpkin Spice Latte, but doesn't have any of the bad ingredients.  It is super healthy for you and will keep  you full for hours with the fiber from the pureed pumpkin and protein, unlike the fake syrups that coffee houses uses.  Plus, it's much lower in calories, carbs., and fat.

The average pumpkin spice latte is double the calories, 5 times the fat, and over double the carbs compared to mine. Plus, mine has 8 grams of fiber to keep your energy up and steady!  Next time you are craving a tasty fall drink, whip up my healthy and delicious Pumpkin Spice Latte Smoothie.
