Like almost everyone on the planet I’m buzzing around everyday trying to get as much done as possible. What keeps me the busiest, my children. They are literally my whole world. I'm also taking on-line classes to get my second degree for Multimedia and Design with a focus on Web Design.
At my core I'm an artist. You can see some of my art works on my Bee-ing Artsy page. Currently, most of the art I’m creating is done on my computer for my design classes, but I do love to get my hands all messy and full of paint when creating an oil painting or india ink drawing.
I’m also a very active person, I have a hard time just stopping and sitting. What can I say, once a fidgeter, always a fidgeter. Which, brings me to my other joy, workouts. The key for me with workouts is variety. Mixing it up keeps my body guessing and me from getting bored. I like to go on walks to the park or strolls on the beach, anywhere I can fit in a great workout is great. The thing that keeps me sane is my daily yoga practice. It keeps me grounded and gives me the tools to handle stress.
Eating healthy is so important to me. My body feels so much better when I do. I’m a pescatraian, which is a vegatrain that eats eggs and fish. However, I don’t eat eggs. I also don’t eat gluten or dairy. And, I only eat fish about once a week max. I'd rather fill my plate with loads of veggies, fruit and legumes and get extra protien from nuts and seed. Oh, nut and seed butters how I love them.
