At some point during the holidays everyone comes face to face with a gingerbread cookie in some form.  Weather it be a gingerbread cookie house, or an iced gingerbread cookie, or even traditional gingerbread.  They all look and taste good, and they aren’t the worst treat you can have either.  However, gingerbread cookies definitely have room for improvement when it comes to being healthy.  

The holidays are a hectic time of year, which makes it hard to eat healthy.  Then, there are all the holiday treats and wham, you are even farther off track.  Luckily, you can keep yourself on track, without feeling deprived.  By, drinking a delicious dessert type smoothie, like my Gingerbread Cookie Smoothie.
